- Return Conditions
Both opened and unopened items are eligible for return.
Items must remain in substantially good condition and be suitable for resale.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item(s). - Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged by human error or resulting from abnormal use.
Items returned after the expiration of the return period. - Return Process
Contact Customer Service to submit a return request.
Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Receive a return confirmation and a Return Authorization Number.
Ship the item(s) back to the return address: 1106 Park Row South SE; Atlanta, GA 30312-3883.
Provide the shipping tracking number for monitoring purposes. - Exchange Instructions
Exchanges are processed by returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired replacement.
Please contact Customer Service for assistance with this process. - Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Once approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may take an additional 5–10 business days. - Shipping Costs
For returns unrelated to product quality issues, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item has a quality defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. - Refund Inquiries
